opticXpress Clearing House Services
- This service is for the provider that already uses office management software. To use our clearing house service you simply send us the claim files your system already generates and we handle the rest! Our rates are among the lowest around and we are the only clearing house dedicated strictly to optometry.
FREE opticXpress Software
- Free opticXpress software is a fully functional, ocular claim managment system that enables you to collect patient information in the waiting area or during consultations … post payments … and file provider claims daily – on your laptop or PC. The service works on the slowest computer or the fastest, with either a dial-up or broadband Internet connection. With no forms for the patient to fill in, illegible or incomplete data is virtually eliminated.
As an opticXpress subscriber, you simply download a very small software application, connecting your office to our server. Patient satisfaction, billing accuracy, and a constant cash flow are the immediate and measurable results.
opticXpress Full Service Medical Billing
- This service allows the provider to utilize their own software or use our FREE opticXpress software to submit an unlimited amount of claims to us for one low, flat monthly rate. Once the provider sends us the data we handle the rest! RLR Consulting will submit the provider's claims, handle resubmitions and denials and even post and track payments! This service also includes unlimited consulting services, like Insurance credentialing; a feature you will not find anywhere else or for such a low rate.
